Out of the 68 Latvian documents on farmhouse brewing 9 are translated, leaving 59 to go. It’s not enough for a paper/blog post, but definitely progress.

It tracks pretty well with the professional ones. I have Harris at 58% now, 538 has her at 63%, while The Hill says 55%.

Thanks for the offer. I've tried Google Lens, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, but none really produced usable results, unfortunately. Part of the problem is that these are hand-written documents and a lot of the vocabulary is quite obscure. Even humans struggle with some of it.
