DC area has huge book purchasers (not surprising) even for entire estates etc. but that still involves human eye being onsite. So it looks like one thing is safe from AI for now!

nyc certainly has dealers for estates and rare books.

yeah i just have some random used books, nothing valuable, nothing that a dealer would want. but the strand is really the only game in town that pays for used books here.
