Absolutely.
A friend was visiting relatives in Georgia last week. His aunt insisted that a secret cabal runs the White House and that she can see the edges of the masks they wear when they appear on TV. He's a Republican and even he was freaked out. Not just a moral issue; frequently also a sanity issue.
