I am honestly really depressed and useless right now, I can't make things, I struggle to maintain conversation, and I can't even scream into the void about what's going through my head, so I've been isolated, mostly sparing the world from having to deal with me because *I* don't want to deal with me

So if you haven't heard from me in a while, that's why, and if you don't hear from me for a while again, that's why I don't think threads or replies are any good in bluesky from what I recall? But that's OK, I'm just rambling anyway
