i never checked accounts that follow me except on twitter on occasion, and i will start here as well. i had no idea it was beginning to happen and i share the same sentiment as op.

Even accounts that might have a normal looking profile Pic have turned out to be AI/crypto/NFT shill accounts. I saw one that was a "photography" account, but it looked suspicious since the profile mentioned web3 in it I'm taking no chances and blocking all that crap right away

I check all my new followers since joining this platform because there have been such shit bot/NFT bro problems on other sites. It's kinda nice because I frequently find cool real people to follow back.
