Could someone clarify if repeated strikes totalling 120 missiles in an hour, those missiles already fired and the 1,400+ Lebanese people killed and 1.2+ million Lebanese people displaced would be considered as "limited, localised, targeted operational activities"?

If you are a UK media person, yes it's targeted and proportional action by Israel. If you're a normal human, it's Israeli aggression and terrorism.
