If what I'm seeing is a writing desk underneath that poster, I absolutely love it. If it's not used for writing, I still love it! Started writing recently to practice my hiragana and that would be great for my living room.
I love old-timey roll-top desks. They're not practical for my work style, but they LOOK marvelous. (Not that the bookcases full of books are not ALSO wonderful, as they always are, but the desk caught my eye.)
