00 is the only Gundam series I've ever seen, and I like it enough to watch it often. It shows that all fights are caused by a lack of harmony and selfishness, and that the solution to that is through dialogue, not violence.
The new anime movie is good. If you see it, I recommend you watch the last series. I think it shows how to overcome depression and interpersonal relationships well. I think the conclusion of the anime is that what they need is conversation. Just like Gundam 00.
My fucked anime is End of Evangelion. Haha. I was in middle school at the time. It didn't help my dark feelings. But i’m fine now.
