i say this as someone who is nonreligious add whatever grain of salt u deem appropriate

its not obvious to me that more change/integration is good for the longevity of a faith the megachurches have great attendance numbers but i still would probably bet against them in terms of outliving traditional faiths over centuries i'd think a faith would need to be compelling to stick around
