Banning Trans Women from women’s dressage, chess, synchronised swimming, gymasntics? These sports are only segregated to either encourage more Women into the sport or due to misogyny. Sports should be managing with this on a case-by-case basis, intending to include Trans Women where possible

My points: - Why is any govt getting involved? This should be a decision for individual sporting bodies. - Banning a demographic of Women from sports is surely contrary to the Equality Act. - If a Trans Woman competes & has a dominating advantage why can’t that individual circumstance be dealt with?
