EON increased my 'estimated usage' month on month and refused to accept my meter readings or send anyone to do their own. When I had had enough and moved it (they wanted £1,000 per month, we have a 3 bed semi) we moved to £290 per month and got a £5k rebate from them for overpayment.Monthly now £170

Just unbelievable. But I’m glad at least you spoke to a normal person. Bulb wanted to charge me £230 a month for a one bed purpose built flat with one occupant and they maintained straight-faced over the phone that this was fine and possible. What, you think I have a giant hole in the wall?
