Coming from a small creator, to other small creators- post more, post consistently, and do your research into thumbnails, titles, and whatās working in your niche Finding a niche took me almost ten years, but now that I know what Iām doing and WHY, Iāve started gaining subscribers like crazy.
Consistency, post more often, and post on a set schedule. Nobody is going to sub to a small content creator who only posts a few times a year. Give viewers a reason to click. Your thumbnails need a lot of work to pull an audience in. Just these two things have gained me over 200 subs this month

Hey! Twitch has like zero visibility for new creators, so Iād suggest putting most of your time towards places like YouTube, really force yourself to learn what makes a good title and thumbnail, packaging is what gets your videos clicks, the editing is whatās going to get them to stay
And video support would be nice.

Iāve had the thought of trying to find collab partners but god is it impossible to find someone in my niche my size.
But Iām feeling too, that it will take longer to produce and weekly releases feel the most natural to me right now. So Iāll continue to try to do some funny stuff here and there for now, but Iām certain over time Iāll increase said edits.
But after like 9 videos he stopped posting, and I feel like the increased edits he included was part of the burnout he faced, which is why when I sit down at premiere now, i feel like I donāt want to do that hyper edited style. I do get it drives the hell out of engagement, so thereās reason for it
