Same--if I don't talk for a while it just means I'm bad at keeping in touch 🤣 My closest friends are extroverts for a reason! That said, if someone I used to talk to stops talking to me, my mind WILL jump to the worst conclusion unless they are transparent as to why (like what you do--we're cool!)
