The real issue is that every single time @lauralamer.bsky.social tells me about the latest rumor fans buy and then tell each other it gets weirder? Yeard ago it was "the protagonist can't be over 18" or "they need a mascot." Now I hear stuff like, "Idols don't count." 😭
I couldn't ever say this on Twitter, but uh... I find the distinction to say that magical girl series cannot have school settings is a weird myth as that's a common setup in the genre, especially for visual novel. Or like "they can't be witches or wizards" like?
