Stallone's original #FirstBlood#PrettyWoman, are the same story. These ten points make this argument incontestable, except to people who like to argue, even thought they're losing?

A sheet of digital paper, with ten points on how First Blood and Pretty Woman are the same story.

It says:

Outsider Status: Both films feature a protagonist who doesn't quite fit into society—Vivian as a street-smart escort, and Rambo as a misunderstood war veteran. They're both trying to find their place in a world that looks down on them.

Hostile Authority Figures: Rambo faces Sheriff Teasle, while Vivian encounters the snooty store clerks. Both represent society's attempt to put people 'in their place.'

The Knight in Shining Armor: Edward (Richard Gere) and Colonel Trautman (Rambo's mentor) play similar roles. They show up, recognize the protagonists’ hidden potential, and help them navigate their difficult situations.

Transformation Scenes: Vivian's makeover montage is just like Rambo suiting up in his military gear. Both are getting ready to face the world head-on, with different tools.

The Escape Fantasy: Vivian wants to escape her life on the streets, while Rambo is trying to escape his past. Both are looking for freedom, even if they define it differently.

Symbolic Clothing: Rambo’s iconic headband is his battle gear, much like Vivian’s thigh boots —each signifies readiness to confront their challenges.

The Law of the Jungle: Both films highlight the survival instincts of their characters. Vivian navigates the streets. Rambo navigates the woods. It’s all about survival skills.

Defying Expectations: Vivian proves she’s more than just a ‘hooker with a heart of gold,’ while Rambo shows he's more than a ‘mindless soldier.’ Both defy society’s snobbery.

Confrontations: Edward stands up to Stuckey, just like Rambo has his intense face-off with the sheriff. Both moments are pivotal in demonstrating loyalty to someone society has written off.

Redemption: In the end, both protagonists get a chance at a new beginning—Vivian with Edward, and Rambo... well, at least they didn't arrest him for life. They’re both given a chance to escape their troubled pasts.

They should have given pretty woman the original first blood book ending. That would've been cool
