100%. I think the biggest failure was not making sure every IRA didn't have a section in it that every project had to have "Brought to you by the Democratic-passed IRA" 20% larger font than anything else associated with it. Instead you had Repubs who voted against it taking credit.

Biden's inability or reluctance to communicate his policies to the electorate was badly damaging.
