Of your last 3, Sactown cannot attract FAs (also a Utah problem for good reason), Houston seems a little unlucky with their draft picks, and the Pelicans always underachieve despite solid coaching....
Yeah Houston has done pretty well in the draft except maybe Jalen Green at the position they drafted. Sacramento I don’t really get what they are doing. Pels just need a league average starting center.
