Pinterest has this issue. The moment anything provocative slips by, the comment section gets filled with stupid memes that take priority in the feed, alongside a dozen variations of 'omg i just opened the app' or 'i opened this in public, cmon!'. Someone over 18 would rarely be bothered by that.
