Thank you for reminding people! When I got covid (I caught it outside at a winter market), I was 1 month out from being vaccinated. I should have been my peek safety yet it still triggered long covid. So my theory is if I hadn’t been newly boosted I’d have had a stroke by now or worse.

Everyone deserves the day off for the vax: lay on the sofa & eat cereal from a box & drink gallons of coconut water. I was scared this year’s shot would worsen my long covid effects (this happens to LC people sometimes) but thankfully It was easier than some of the others I’ve had! Just 12 bad hours
