Trump has always lived in his own reality. But he's getting progressively less inhibited. This is another symptom of Donnie's (suspected) dementia. I saw some of the same signs with my grandfather's Alzheimer's disease. www.alzheimers.org.uk/about-dement...

Sometimes a person with dementia can lose their inhibitions and may behave in ways that others find embarrassing.
