If Toyota is smart, they'll raise them above what the UAW got. If you want to keep unions out, just give your workers a better deal than unions get, and listen to your workers.

Take the raise and unionize anyway. You literally have nothing to gain from not unionizing.

Hay, union leader here, it's both written into the contracts and law that they cannot do that without raising union pay to meet or exceed the new rates for non-union employees. So, no need to worry :)
