It could be lucrative to go all in on KU -- more page reads means my works rank high and get in front of people willing to spend. Probably more $$ than being non-exclusive and offering my works through Draft2Digital. But for my own sake I still feel it necessary to be available on non-Amazon sites

I mean, have you really created art in the modern age if you haven't learned a harsh/valuable lesson about putting all your eggs in one basket?

i feel like each book is different. Some of my books do well with KU reads. Others do well with Orders. I would pick and choose which ones to remove from KU and post to D2D.
