i still sorta want like, an uno-reverse where you play as monsters defending dungeon from "adventurers," so maybe the cafe component is like a downtime thing like basebuilding in cult of the lamb is? and so more of the lewdity happens in said cafe.

the whole goal would be to fend off adventurers or perhaps capture and turn them to your side. "you could just pillage our dungeon for treature and spread fear about us, OR, hear us out, you could just have sex with hot werewolves..." feels pretty convincing no ;3c? literal make love not war eh?
