Twitter has video from within the crowd with the chant clearly audible, the protesters were chanting "Kamala Kamala you can't hide, we won't vote for genocide." Given the substance of the chant, I think her response was appropriate.

They were great together. The end made me the weepiest, Tom Baker was my first doctor.

A scene from the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special, "The Day of the Doctor", featuring the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) talking to the Twelfth Doctor (Matt Smith).

#CougarOrNot? I think not. The picture is blurry, but I think I see a spotted coat, jowls, and a bashfully perfect tail. Bobcat?

Jeremy deserves nothing less than the Holy Roman Emperor Salad, including greens, beans, peas, corn, figs, plums, pomegranates, and blossoms. "Vertumnus - Rudolf II" depicts Holy Roman Emperor Rudolph II as Vertumnus, the Roman god of seasons. By Giuseppe Arcimboldo, 1591. At Skokloster Castle.

The image of a man painted entirely in fruits, vegetables, and blossoms. His chest is green leafy vegetables, his cheeks are peaches you just want to pinch, his lips are ripe red cherries, he has maybe olives for eyes, and he wears a garland of flowers. His crown is an autumnal harvest. It's weird and gorgeous.

From King Lear: "A most toad-spotted traitor." From Richard III: well, it's Tudor propaganda, but basically everyone calls Richard III a toad; "bunch-back'd toad" and "bottled spider." I'm surprised Shakespeare didn't include "toad" in Henry IV's encyclopedia of insults.

"I will have you, toad!" is pure Shakespeare. 🐸

I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing pictures of your Bunny cat, and for telling us the story of that little bird.

In the late 70's, my friends and I put dimes in our penny loafers so we could call home from a payphone.

Behold these snarly strays. One lived under my deck for 18 months, and the other fought stray toms twice her size. Now, they both enjoy soft flannel sheets and pinning me to the bed in terror.

My two House Panthers glossy black cats, snuggled up against me in bed on a cool morning. I was almost late for work because I didn't want to disturb them.
