That's kind of up to the Christians, innit? "They're not REAL Christians" is not an appropriate response. I've no idea what Christians can do, but that's up to Christians to figure out. That's the point.

Good Christians/real christians are so utterly useless at actually doing ANYTHING of any substance to stop christo-fascism that I am left to assume, much like their god, that they do not actually exist.

This is what causes the zillion denominations, bc there is little you can do but go off and try to do good in your own communities and not support churches that suck with your time or money.
