Morning Walk Report: Lithadora blooming, rabbits going about their business, faint steam rising from park grass, showers of late cherry blossoms falling snowlike. Daphne and early azaleas shouting hello. Chestnuts in full leaf. Dogwoods showing, early lilacs fragrant as heck.

The morning run was full of small annoyances--streets deserted until I wanted to cross, then suddenly jammed, dogs lunging--but also joys, like the bees finally greeting me after winter's long sleep and some signs yesterday's excellent time per kilometre wasn't a fluke.
