To be fair, Twitter was terrible before Elon. Bluesky is still preferable to pre-Elon Twitter, it just took him completely fucking up to make this all possible.

Pre-Elon Twitter was a trainwreck, but it was still a beautiful and fun trainwreck. At least I could lurk there without needing to have an account.
