yeah i mean we knew it then. we were always attracted to kindness and acceptance, not excluding people because you think your own experience makes you better than others. laura's was a such beautiful place, esp for me. i wouldn't survive stealth, that would have eaten me alive.

that would have been 100% as bad for me as was just pretending to be a guy. if i was forced to play a role, i was going to end up not alive fairly soon thereafter at that point.
