In which I rant about the plastic windows on pasta boxes:

I always pull those things off when I break the boxes down.

Excuse me, but it's very important I be able to inspect my noodles and ensure that not too many have been damaged. (I'm joking)

But how will I know my spaghetti box, labeled spaghetti, is actually spaghetti without the window?

Two years ago, I spoke to Barilla customer service to complain about box windows and was told Barilla would be making them smaller soon and would eventually phase them out. The window opening is smaller now, but the size of the plastic film inside the box hasn’t changed.

I rant about business envelopes and tissue boxes. I feel seen.
