There is a GAPING hole in the Lucy Maud Montgomery / Anne fandom market. And it’s wild because it’s SO expensive/far/difficult to get here for most people, and hundreds must come every day, and there’s NOTHING else — imagine how much more $$$ this trapped audience would drop if the stuff was cute?!

They aren’t good enough to spend actual money on, and I spend money like a FOOL. Don’t get me started on the comic-sans decorated pencils and ruler 💀

I went to two different Anne of Green Gables museum/gift shops and found nary a piece of cute merch to buy. I’m so sorry but these things are all UGGO 😭😭😭

If a guest is particularly unruly, they try to handle diplomatically (“everyone expresses their feelings in different ways!”) — if it’s unreasonable, they might get put in their stateroom and not allowed to leave, but there are also two jail cells. It’s rare that they are used though.

Further info: If a guest dies, what happens next depends on their nationality and where the ship is. They try to “disembark” the unfortunate guest at the next stop but it might have to be at the “home port” at the end (hence the morgue)
