So reminder when folks say “there’s no algorithm” it’s more like there’s no one central one you can target Everyone sets their own algorithm. You can still be found! But you’ll be found by people specifically looking for what you have, so baiting doesn’t really work “generically”

Question: Is it true that Bluesky doesn't use algorithms? Sky-tan answers.. Not quite! Bluesky actually has many algorithmic feeds but it gives you the right to choose and create them! Currently they can be categorized like this: Following (Posts from people you follow in a chronological order without algorithm), Discover (Official feed from Bluesky that acts like a For You page. Can be fine tuned!), Custom Feeds (Feeds created by the community. You can create your own too!) Bonus tip: In settings > Following Feed Preferences you can enable posts from custom feeds to show up in your following feed!
