The true measure of the urbanism quality of a city is the number of children you see when you walk its streets.
People with disabilities such as those that require mobility aids also face such issues but you're only talking about "strollerability"?
I had to use a wheelchair for a short time after a cycling injury and subsequent knee surgery. That opened my eyes to a lot as well.
I had to use a cane when visiting Paris and Barcelona due to an RA flare, and thats was profoundly eye-opening at how little "walkability" takes mobility aids into account.
