No, but yes. NOC started visiting us in the summer. Seemed thin and a bit scraggly in places but had an old collar on. I fed it on a couple of occasions and started to buy some cat food because visits became daily. It also sometimes brought another cat Very Pretty kitty who is very skittish.

NOC is friendly & loves head scritches & laps and is never shy about getting in when back door was open. Eventually with help from local cat fosterer we were able to determine ownership through microchip. NOC's family had moved 1 street away from us months ago, NOC is still finding its feet.
