I'm wondering how many UKSC decisions there can have been where at least one member of the panel didn't come from a background of the UK top 1%. There have only been about 35 justices so far.
What are the baselines for the 1% - ie what criteria are used to define the top 1%? Plus, what class parameters are used?
That was one of my methodological questions!
