I think we can look at consequences of intolerable high filling pressures. No B-lines, unlikely to have unusally (for the patient) high fillingpressure. Trouble in critically ill where there are

I think that is pretty fair. I’m also thinking about things like evidence of ventricular interdependence - seeing a D-shaped septum or having output fall with filling or CVP/intrapericardial pressures rising
