Pro Tip (for those that have the time and advance knowledge and will eat at home): Get chips from the chip shop in advance (eg at lunchtime) then cook them again at home in the oven. You’ll have lovely crunchy chips.
Yup, I freeze them and just chuck em in a hot oven for 15 mins in a tray. Best chips evs.
