I have been noodling the idea of a Forge in the Dark game inspired by Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Trigun, and Gun X Sword all weekend and in my research I learned that not only does Scum and Villainy exist, it list Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star as inspiration. Now I'm at a loss as to what to do...

Probably worth reading through it cover to cover and determining whether the influence is the same as it would be in a game you designed There's a bunch of gundam-inspired mech games, but they don't all feel identical 😁

mostly came here to say what Meadow already said. Make your own or play Scum and Villainy and be glad there is one less thing you have to design!
