Question from Amanda Hendrix: How is the Mars Sample Return Facility (Sample receiving project) budgeted? A: It doesn't make sense to fund the facility when the mission isn't happening, so NASA is viewing the facility as part of MSR. But it is being budgeted separately within NASA. #OPAG

Ianson: the presidents 2025 budget request for NASA is similar to 2024, which is substantially lower than 2023. Priorities are to complete confirmed missions (Europa Clipper, NEO Surveyor, Dragonfly), support international partnerships, support R&A #OPAG
