elaborating on this further: if someone claims they're "kink-friendly/positive" but loudly makes an exception for babyfurs1 while making gross blanket statements about them, they're not really kink-friendly and more reactionary than they'd like to admit. i personally would not trust or want to be around a person like this in furry/kink spaces at least not until they've grown up a little2 and overcome their prejudices enough to understand that babyfurs3 aren't the monsters they assumed they were. specifically, i don't mean someone just saying "this isn't something i'm personally into" but outright demonizing babyfurs and jumping to the worst conclusions, associating them with very bad things. har har the same statement can also be applied to people who hate ferals, as a lot of the anti-abdl people i run into online also often list feral furs in their most hated demographics in their profiles due to the same kneejerk "i'm making the actual worst assumptions about this group of people

You find them gross? That is a you problem. You think their aesthetic is icky? Well, again, that is a you problem. They are adults playing with adults. If you are not engaging with them with a consent framework, you are fucking doing it wrong. Consent is key.
