I once saw something similar at a spanking shoot. The primary top was expected to spank about 6 gals in a row. Late in the scene she stopped mid-spank & asked to rest her arm. The director said "well why don't you just finish the scene, & then rest". He argued with her! I really felt felt for her.

There've been a few times over the years that I felt my limits as a rigger were not respected, regarding differences between the director & myself in terms of what I felt was appropriate or safe for the captive.
