Yesss! 😀 The convincing went like “They have these computers, and you could play chess with it!” – which of course never happened… BASIC LERNKURS it was, and many Kingsoft cassette games from “real” for 10 DM! 😂

Chess was actually on the very first tape I got, which was this collection from Kingsoft. From those 4 games "Galaxy" was absolutely amazing. Interesting to see how many Demosceners started with a Plus/4 from ALDI (or a C16 which was sold a year earlier)...
