Only issue I would have is rigging, the games I would model for fallout 3/new Vegas. Half-life, Warcraft iii. You would normally take an existing model and rip the bones + animation out and attach to yours with small modifications
Been thinking, I am planning to get an iPhone X for face tracking for some games, without it like playing with blinders on. Will that means I could do a 3d avatar. I have not modelled anything in 10 years. But I think I could pull off a low def model
