"It pains me to say it, but Gov. Evers gets a huge win today,ā€ Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos said, adding that under the new maps, ā€œthe Legislature will be up for grabs.ā€ Democracy. Democracy got the huge win today. Also, textbook Kinsley gaffe.

"It is a category error to view Trumpā€™s trial tantrums within the rubric of normal legal consequences, even in Kaplanā€™s entirely predictable courtroom... For years, Trump has been training his cult to loathe rule of law, and his latest theater is all part of that process."

I'd wager you've just not spent time with their financials the last few quarters. Topline has remained flat for four consecutive quarters, again, despite 35% price cuts. I'm not saying they need capital, but your line about being an 8-figure EBITDA company is likely a short-lived achievement

Eh, taking some liberties with the projections here TSLA's EPS is down 50% vs Q4 '22 already, and trending down via 35% drop in avg sale price crushing gross margin The Company that put up 20% EBITDA margin no longer exists....and was likely only a by-product of pandemic supply shocks.

Facing a writer revolt, Substack changed course from defending Nazis' right to speak and banned 5 obscure extremist accounts. Some critics say it isn't enough. I wrote about the growing cracks in Substack's "free speech" facade: www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2...@taylorlorenz.bsky.social)

Substack wanted to be neutral. Its tolerance of Nazis proved divisive.
