What?? That’s a new one to me

I think there’s a time limit to it though. Like they don’t go all the way back to your childhood, but I do believe it’s around 5 years. So for example if we wanted to actually keep my mom’s property she would need to deed it to me 5 years before needing the care.

It’s to keep people from “gifting” all their assets before they die.
