Having watched Dead Poets Society before & after Robin Williams' passing really hits different. It's such a timeless coming-of-age drama, but to see Robin in his role as the inspiring Mr Keating, forever frozen as an icon of hope, it's a poignant reminder of his legacy

I havent watched it since the 1st time back in HS for Lit class, until I rewatched it with my students earlier. Had a really profound impact on me but its not so much my comfort film (hits way too close to home), but gosh even after all these years, still invokes the same feels🥹
