Sometimes Monday feels like Monday and I forget how glorious the weekend was as I stumble through simple mistakes and 'doh' my way through the morning. God I miss caffeine. 😞😔

I'm going to start posting pics of my perfectly cooked egg sandwiches but I forgot to today because I woke up ravenous 😬 My ideal egg sandwich has over easy/ medium eggs with fresh basil leaves, salt, pepper, mayo, mustard, and Swiss cheese. I love to slice it diagonally to let the yolk run 🤤
