End of month assessment. Although I lost weight, I'm still fat. Thus, i didn't lose enough. The next festival is Samhain (All Hallows/Halloween) at the end of the month. Ideally, I would like to be under 60 kg by then. #edsky Down 2.3 kg BMI too shameful to even post it!
