Hurrah! Our article on loss of control is now available online: doi.org/10.1017/lst.2024.21 . In it, we argue that judges, juries and prosecutors all appear to struggle to interpret the defence's requirements in line with the objectives of the 2009 reform.
True... but this is a limitation of the research that should be recognised and properly acknowledged.
