if I buy Dragon Age Veilguard in phisical it still counts as pre-order and it will come with the Blood Dragon Armor??? or it needs to be the digital one?

It all depends on whether the game is marked as a "pre-order" in the store you're buying from. That's how it works in my country, at least 😅
