The amount of "In studio will be considered vs Remote" is driving me up a wall. I've done both and all it does is gate keep folks, we learned nothing from COVID and remote work. Someone shouldnt have to upheave their life for 1 role.

You'd think that "You may be the best fit, but you're not within driving distance" would unacceptable when focusing on the overall quality of a project, huh? I'm willing to travel for a role, not relocate…but at the same time, that's why I have a professional-grade home studio?
